Can it be mere coincidence that the largest meteorite in the planet's history is only a few 100 km from the cradle of humanity?

NO it is not a coincidence. We have been searching for the missing link for years now and paleantologists are baffled. I have a special theory but you will just have to read my book.
By the way its coming along nicely...
